Range day beats a barrel nut any day, Beltfed. Hope the 6.8 build didn’t eat the whole afternoon.

targets are transposed
I still go lots of work to do to get ready for deer season.i am sure to burn a few more evenings.
Deer season has a way of turning every evening into one more chore, but the work will pay off when the season opens. Hope you get everything lined out without having to burn too many late nights.

4 a.m. start on a heavy machine — that’s a man earning his coffee, Beltfed. Nothing like firing up something with some iron in it before the sun’s even thought about showing up.

Went chootin, took the 22 ARC and the 6.5 build. the 6.5 did not work, thing the chamber needs polishing. rounds always got stuck. i had to knock them out. it did group well on the ones i did shoot but no pics.
Now to the 22 ARC, this barrel took at least 50 rounds before it broke in. when it did it was like instant. it was not very accurate and then it was. This round is a hot number. barrel heats up fast with it.
