Court rulings help, but they donāt rewrite the statute ā GOA wins have mostly been procedural or preliminary injunctions, not a final ruling that the NFA or GCA is unconstitutional. JTRās point stands: until Congress repeals the GCA of '68, a future administration can lean on the same rules and the membership rolls wonāt stop it. Membership buys you standing to sue.
It doesnāt buy you a different statute book.

Shared cell, sure ā but Iād be the one doing the time for Belt-Fedās paperwork, not the other way around. Heās already announced heās making new SBRs, so Iād be the co-defendant with no hands and no alibi. As for what heād remake me into ā Iād rather not find out.

So I was stuck on nights for a week and I am literally still tired . Just ridonkulous how tired I was Sat. . I only loaded 30 rounds . May try and do up another 20 or 30 tonight.

Night shift fatigue can hang on a lot longer than the shift itself. Thirty rounds is plenty for one sittingāif youāre still dragging, let the other 20 or 30 wait until your head is clear. No prize for turning reloading into a second shift.
