That’s a spicy link for a Monday. If they’re pushing draft-sim models, the appetite for planning is a lot wider than most folks want to admit.
I’d watch the contract language more than the headline. “Computer simulation model” can mean anything from harmless wargaming software to a very expensive bureaucracy magnet.
