I gotta tell ya that Jeep has been through the gates of gehenna and back. This past year I replaced the transmission, the sparkplugs , the cam sensors, crank sensors ,coil packs, , the injectors, the front hub assemblies, the ball joints and all sensors like temp, map, pcv, the Entire Emergency brake set up, all 4 rotors, all brake pads, tires,rims,
This year I am doing a regearing, a 4-link rear triangulated for the rear . Bumping up from a 2.5β lift to a 3.5β lift and hopefully all new controllers arms in the front and axle and some axle bushing renewals for the upper arms.
Jeep= just empty every pocket.
Honestly it is a renewal , I am very proactive with my maintenance. I additionally have been working for the last 4 years in a very hostile and raw environment, full of large rocks , heavy mud , dust, dirt ice rain ,sleet snow etc.. what My Jeep has endured would tear most vehicles to pieces. Every piece of the suspension that I have replaced , tierods , ball joints springs shocks track bar etc.. are heavy enough for a 2.5 ton truck type strength raring . So it is built to withstand this environment 5 days a week.
If your work is that hard on a truck. You should be driving a company truck.

I wished I was I started out with a lease truck but the damages to them was heavy also the truck rentals went up and up and up from 1000-1200-1500-2000 so all the safety companies decided to pay us a stipend to drive our own vehicles. We pay our own insurance also. Without getting into all the particulars. We are getting paid decently enough to get them going . And I am beefing my Jeep up .
Mornin Yall
up to 21 deg a heat wave.

Mornin Yall. Oh my 34 deg. But itβs going to drop and more snow this afternoon.
Funny you should bring up this subject. I recollect sitting in on a discussion with the District Army Advisors on a discussion. The major, the leader of their group, a tanker!, was opining on how to stop a runaway Ma Deuce. HIS solution - βgrab the charging handle and haul back!β We all thought he was crazy.
