What’s your temps our’s is supposed to shoot right up with it being 56 by Thursday. 0 or 1 degree with -8 to -10 windchill today to 56 on Thursday.. lol I may actually break a sweat :joy:.

Morning all :hot_beverage: short night of work last night high winds took out the power. Don’t know if it had anything to do with all the rain we’ve had over the last week and again Monday, by uprooting trees onto the lines last night or what happened. Winter hasn’t been much so far for me but others have been effected mostly flooding that occurred last week. Last night leaving work at 10:30pm it was 55° and that is warm for here and the middle of December. On the bright side I have 20hrs of work left FOR THE YEAR :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

The tsunami warning has been cancelled apparently, although the “ big earthquake “ is overdue, the major faultline off the coast is closely watched.

Good morning gents :hot_beverage: . Watched Monsters Ball last night, a 2001 film. Have to say an almost 25 year old movie has more relevance today than ever. The way Billy Bob Thornton’s character faced and dealt with the old racism issues and eliminated them, let them go without virtue signalling. The new racism is represented by people like Sunny Hostin and Joy Reid who have no relevance without holding on to grievances they never had to suffer through. A great cast.

Morning all :hot_beverage:

Winds on Wednesday took out the power at the house spent most of Thursday readying for a longer outage than it was 37hrs. Point is I had to get fresh gas for generators, and more water (well, no power no water) as we had depleted what we had. Fortunately all was in supply and I had no issues, but what if it wasn’t. How ready are :index_pointing_at_the_viewer: you?
