But a bigger mystery for me would be going back to Rooselvelt as he presided over the bank holiday, or, bankruptcy of the US, now he had A LOT of EO’s that read " Exemption of (named person) From Compulsory Retirement for Age" that also read “Not received for publication”
If something, anything federal, is not published in the FR it is void of affect, so any of those persons remaining in office past their lawful age would have not legally been employed, their actions void.

That partially superseded another EO, oddly, we can not view a signature online for that one as it reads text only and that is void of a signature image so we’d need to go to a lot more effort to verify, FR items have been found published missing signatures, kind of important to verify as those are void also.
