The new incoming administration just makes new ones recending all of the previous ones installed by the other president .
What we need while we have a unified Government is pas LAWS !!! Then the Next President can’t get around them.

Exactly right. A nation run by executive orders and administrative rules is more like a monarchy than a constitutional republic. The executive orders help in the short term to undo Biden’s damage, but we need actual laws which cannot be undone from one president to the next.
We need to shore up our elections and increase our representation in the legislatures 18 months from now.
