Although I make custom guns and love functioning works of art, i am also a 07 manufacturer FFL with SOT. So here is a simple submachine gun i made. I also made the suppressor on it. I sell quite a few suppressors. They are all 100% titanium and are monocore design.
Need a “More then one like” like!
I agree, might be able to work something out for that too
Loving that that is some fantastic work !
Thank you for the compliment l try.
@samlcolt1873 do you generally thread the barrels for the suppressors you make ?
Actually no. More barrels come threaded today than they did even 20 years ago. We got over all the death and destruction from crime caused by those flash hiders in the 1990s! Or perhaps people finally realized the democrats were lying when they claimed bayonet lugs, pistol grips, flash hiders, detachable box magazines led to higher crime.
So while i poke fun at something that has no bearing on anything dealing with common sense but somehow became the law of the land, today many rifles and pistols come threaded or one can find threaded barrels with ease.
So although i still thread barrels for suppressors, i do not do it near as much as i used to.
Law of the land or federal government?
er, no, wait, that’s a loaded political question, can’t be answered on a public board, please disregard
Now your talking the language of my stomach… I have a dream I will get a loaded submarine sandwich
Going tomorrow to purchase an Obsidian 9 and get the paperwork going.
Anticipating how long until you get it?
Those obsidians are sharp …hehe
Okay what are youbplacing it on one of the sbr’s ?
I have an Rugged Obsidian 45. In the long config, when attached to my rifle with the Dead Air keymicro adapter, it’s quieter than the Dead Air Sandman S, but there is a bigger point of impact shift.
How much a couple inches of shift ? How long is that suppressor?
It’s a couple MOA in my 5.56 shorty AR, not enough to matter in CQB. But if you are trying to reach for distance or shoot coin-size targets, you’ll notice it.
I’m measuring it at just under 9.5" long, including the KeyMicro adapter.
