My latest

I have had most of these parts for almost 4 years. I bought some raw aluminum Diamondback lowers for about $70. I then bought all of the other parts over the next 6 months. Everything sat in my safe for about 3 years. Then, it took me until last fall to get the lower cerakoted. I finally put everything together just before Memorial Day.

Here is a short video of my nephew shooting it at about 270 yards.

As stated, it is a Diamondback upper, lower and handguard. I’ve got a 20" Shilen barrel that I bought at their swap. They said they drilled the gas port too big and marked it at $350. I have an AGB to compensate.

I put a Magpul PRS stock in back to balance out the extra weight in front. It is rifle length with standard rifle buffer and Armalite spring. I got a Geissele SD-E 2 stage trigger at a close out sale that I put in there. I like the Ballistic Engineering trigger better though. I may change it out later.

I put an Arken 4-16x50 scope on it. I like it so far. I got it sighted in and adjusted the gas block, then destroyed a few rocks at 125 yards. Then I let others shoot it.
