Has any one seen any news about Montana fish and wildlife making it illegal to shoot an anterless Elk on Public Land ? I just seen a Blip on it seems a 1000 dollar fine will be lveled and up to possible life revocation of hunting license. They now can omly shoot a Anterless Elk on Private property.
