Machine Guns for Us Poor Civilians

Well, a recent development in the great state of West Virginia is that a Senate bill that would have allowed the STATE to purchase machine guns and sell them to civilians was just BARELY quashed by a lobbyist for, of all people, the WVCDL (I THINK that was the initials).

The bill would have taken advantage of a section of the Hague act that allows STATES to purchase and sell machine guns to civilians. The WV bill would have created a segment under the State Police, the over charge would be $250 (+ some "administrative costs).

Kentucky is also considering the same kind of bill. GOA was intimately involved.

I heard this on a Utube segment by Tom Grieve, a WI lawyer and pro-2A guy.

So, what’s next? Any idea?

?My guess. Either a SCOTUS test or more states glom onto this idea. Either way, I suspect it WILL happen. Just a touch of patience needed - like with cans & SBR's.
