Lobster still eats the dead stuff that falls on the floor of the ocean. How can you expect it to taste good unless you drown it in butter.

Quite true, lobsters place in the culinary food chain has risen. I love dungeness crab which also eats the detritus falling on the seabed, beats king or blue. Also, I don’t clean mine, not for everyone, but the crab fat in the back is justifyably called the " foie gras " of the sea.If you watch Bourdain or Andrew Zimmer in say Buenos Aries at a crab dinner, the back is opened up and relishes, sauces etc. are mixed with that good stuff and eaten right out of the shell. Gotta be fresh though. :crab:
