My first revolver was a used 4" Python.
A couple years later I got a 4" Smith 586.
Sold off the Colt a long time ago. Still have the Smith, kinda sorta. The Wife likes it.
Thinks it’s hers.:frowning:

Well ths 586 is basically the same revolver as the GP100 . The DA trigger pull (Ruger) was not super is was a little heavy you had to practice alot in DA to get used to it.

My first handgun was a S&W 686 six inch barrel bought 42 years ago and I still have it .

My first revolver was a NAA 22 short 5 shot. I paid $40 for it in about 1986 and sold it several months later for the same. Rounds would bounce off of glass bottles at 5 yards.
My first real revolver was also a Ruger GP100 that I bought from my brother somewhere around 1990. I still have it.
