The image shows a Barnes VOR-TX 100 Grain TTSX BT ballistic chart with range, velocity, energy, and elevation columns. Handy chart if you’re comparing factory loads by distance.

At 200 yards it’s listed at 2,686 fps and 1,602 ft-lbs, with a 0. 0" elevation reference, and by 500 yards it drops to 1,986 fps and 876 ft-lbs with -37.

The 25-06 is definitely a great deer cartridge and it does carry distance however , at distance a very accurate shot must be made or else it will just be wounded . I have seen this several times .
