# Whistle Pigs & Prairie Dogs

Anyone else ever shoot Whistlepigs(groundhogs,Marmets) with a 22 revolver . My favorite avenue for this is using a round bail as cover for a covert approach.  
If not a 22WMR or 22lr. What do you use I have prairie dog hunted in Colorado with .223 (pun warning )was loads of fun.😂

i just shoot groundhogs with whatever i have handy. Last one was my Sig 365. The one before that was my 6.5 grendel pistol. The dogs get quite a few groundhogs before i get a chance to shoot them

Went prairie dog shooting years ago with grandpa and used a single shot 218Bee.

Whistle pigs are everywhere here in Idaho!!!  
I have shot them in my yard! 22LR suppressed. I have a 5-1/2” short barrel rifle and several suppressed pistols around just for the occasion!
