If Trumpā€™s goal is to clean out the swamp, it would be strategically unwise to release the files now, so far ahead of election season. Maybe heā€™s saving the evidence for release for when it would be most impactful. After all, the Democrats were doing the same thing to him, convicting him and silencing him with lawfare in the thick of election season. He hasnā€™t forgotten that; his mugshot portrait is hanging in the White House. I donā€™t like the delay of justice, but it puts conservatives at a disadvantage to not avail themselves of the same tactics legally approved for the other side. ---

Iā€™m glad Epstein isnā€™t in business anymore. Even national defense must not be built on monstrous sins like this. It makes me think of the sin of Shechem against Dinah, the daughter of Jacob. Because the courts and the people at that time did not hold their leaders accountable, Levi and Shimon waged war against Shechem and wiped them out. I want to see leaders deposed and put on trial for this. Among other things, itā€™s because of evil things like this that good men and even ordinary men are afraid to enter politics. Iā€™d rather see where things stand when the dust settles and the evidence has been vetted before I point fingers at anyone about this.
