But my weekly scheduled calls with FULL30 did not occur the last two weeks and I didn’t reach out for info, largely, again, just tired of it all, only so much waiting can occur before simply hitting the bricks. That doesn’t address the elephant in the room either. Overall site traffic dove 28% in the last 30 days. Video site never gathered interest, hell, lets vote on keeping that too. _Poll ([view on site](https://sixguns.com/t/time-to-pull-the-plug-update-poll/1553/1))_ Blog is more of a bog _Poll ([view on site](https://sixguns.com/t/time-to-pull-the-plug-update-poll/1553/1))_ Blog and Forum are now both federated, but, they don’t work the same as Mastodon, and again 🫩 😴 Bills are paid, no issue there, so this can all wait, but for what, IDK. We did loose some support after the [https://sixguns.com/t/two-year-update](https://sixguns.com/t/two-year-update) and ironically, I did get another flat after that too, but was able to plug that one. Making decent progress on the house project, this went down before sub floor ![image](https://sixguns.com/uploads/default/original/2X/d/da9d22ca5380a25eaf33433695c91a942c78c159.jpeg) and sub floor is more than half done, it’s a sweat box to work in but I enjoy it. So, no idea what direction to take here now, if any, things could change of course, they always do, but, figure it’s good to at least sound off, test the depth of interest in the above noted items. ---

Forum and Blog remain federated for what it’s worth which seems to be nil. I don’t blame you for going that route, the main problem is trying to drum up enough traffic to justify keeping them around. Honestly unless you have actual sponsors or advertisers for your video platform it’s really hard to justify it, and I say this as someone barely holding on and being broke by doing it. Am I giving up? Not yet, but i’m seriously eyeing it… ---

Video server removed today. That’s two decreases in the online presence of Sixguns in 10 days and I can’t even speak to the worthiness of the blog, so 🪓 ? Can the forum itself survive? @Belt-Fed is rumored to be responsible for the return of @Quick.Draw.McGraw and just that single personality addition made the forum more lively and enjoyable. So who else can invite whom else? There’s an [invite link](https://sixguns.com/new-invite) that can be customized and shared ![image](https://sixguns.com/uploads/default/original/2X/7/7b4a89e02b084af5fc3eda730abae63c28cad47b.png) and it doesn’t take all that many quality members to make a difference. Now, there’s a backup of the video server, it could be restored, or replaced with different and perhaps better software, as well there are a few other growth options in the form of domains/software but none of that matters if there’s an atmosphere of apathy. The Dark Saint Osbourne is quoted as saying “Win or lose, it’s up to you” and that’s true for the survivability and future of Sixguns, so what is it? Yeah trying to get my life back together bro. Have a job interview Monday , dusted off the Bible my exes mother gave me before she passed. I need to get with it. Next step is getting income flowing so I can fix my car. Probably buy a beater in the meantime. Trying not to let depression get to me ---
