Afternoon yall
Those look fun!
I have been trying to decide between a 44 and 357. I want to “blued” version and threaded. When I find them in a store / gun shop the price makes me back off.
44mag dude …357mag is great , but 357maximum would be better… Now if you could find one in 350legend or 450 bushmaster( sll of these under 200 yard type rounds) would be fantastic. the old 357 mag I have tried taking deer with and to be it is much like trying to shoot them with a 22mag head shots only doesnt produce IMHO enough trauma to provide a quick clean kill. If ya just wanting it to punch paper then by all means 357 would work
So where are all the BS’sers tonight ? surely someone has the scoop tonight on some activities they been up too ?
Seems fight night was canceled
morning!
Either that or there was a bunch of weary travelers.
I know I rolled 250.2 miles yesterday on the bike. Alot of it 2 lane backcountry so called highways. Was fun though.
Doing my travels today, nothing like you did though, all our original plans fell through , lots of people not feeling well right now
Where does 250 miles take you anyhow?
I recently sold my bike as I’m rural and not much for solo traveling, perhaps replace it down the road, like to try one of those fancy Goldwings
Afternoon yall

The GreenBrier River at one of it most shallow spots
Did some yard work this morning then shot a couple of rifles that I had not shot in awhile . Then I ran some pistol drills from the holster with my springfield loaded 1911 and the sig 365xl .
In about an hour I am going to grill some deer back straps for dinner .
Super cool looking bike
I can see where you could put some miles on it
Was going to do some shooting today and Electric has been off . So I am having to deal with all that. Always something messing with my screw off time.
Dang it @JTR i am super jealous that sounds amazingly delicious. What kind of seasoning are you using ? Rubs ? Sauces ? Home mixture ? (Worchestshire sauce ,smoke, brown sugar, soy sauce.etc…)
I have rode it straight for about 585 miles one time from Tennessee… And I literally could have went a little while longer. It gets dangerous up around the 500 mark because attentiveness and awareness and fatigue set in. 250 miles on back country highways is like running 500 on big open highways. Because of all the curves . But when you start loosing that attentiveness and not exercising alot of defense then its time to rest.
