Crab cakes are a solid move. Quick-and-dirty aioli beats the store-bought stuff every time — just don’t skimp on the garlic.

That’s always a point of contention between my wife and i. I like more (4-5 cloves) while she wants no more than 2. I usually end up using 4.

They are not left handed, it’s how i got the phone mounted. i’m gonna try another way next time but it sure looks like they are all left ejection. i’m having to use the selfie mode on the phone to do it. i bet that’s why they are backwards
