We do turkeys on the big rotisserie and the Traeger. On the big drum we rub it down and don’t mess with it much, maybe baste once or twice let it spin for 5 hours skin comes out crispy but meat not dry. What kills a turkey is sticking it with a thermometer when it is 140 degrees and then pulling it back out, all the juice comes out of the hole. I have a temp spike that is wireless so stick it in and leave it, don’t loose all the juice. Traeger is a lot easier.

The weather has been wonderful, in the low 70s. There were lots of people on the hiking trails. My son, who started walking this year, is big enough that I’ve been taking him with me to pray; he opens the prayerbooks together with me and flips the pages.
To avoid trouble, I try to walk with others. I heard of someone trying to sic his dog on someone I know in Phoenix. A literal trantifa (based on the Instagram posts) wearing Shia women’s clothing followed someone home and killed him there over Middle East politics. The dem Attorney General let the killer out on the street again, despite the recommendations of the police.
Nothing that serious has happened to me, thank G.d. I do get yelled at from passing cars more often, sometimes friendly, sometimes not. Always for visibly being a Jew. Still, I’m thankful I’m in Arizona where I and my friends can carry and give as good as we get, instead of California or NYC.

Yes , they always call NYC the greatest city on earth , couldnt be further from the truth dont know why anyone would want to live there.
Our weather has been frought with on and off again snow . Snowed yesterday ranging from 1-6” and + in the mountains. It was 28 degrees coming in to work more snow expected Thursday . Good to here your boy is getting big. Always makes a papa happy to see the kids grow up. And Good to here from ya @musashiaharon . I hate the cold but I love the snow , I know its weird. It just seems to cover all the dirty dull looking ground and sorta brighten things up . I do also like the change in seasons. I would still be nearly sweating in 70+ degree weather

F@#&kin FedEx Ground. they were supposed to deliver a package yesterday. Then the said they tried to deliver it and I requested a latter date. Finally delivered it this afternoon at my sister’s house. 829 and 782 are different numbers. This is the second package worth several hundred dollars that the same thing has happened. Twice in a row the driver can’t read numbers on mailboxs. I was not given an option of shippers when I ordered my items. FedEx SUCKS
