I read the Declaration of Independence to my family and set off some fireworks. Happy birthday, America!

Now that’s the most patriotic and wholesome family valued thing I’ve heard in a long time :salute2:

As if I needed reminding how I’ve not even started mine yet :expressionless_face:

“Was fashion the reason why they were there?”

Explained by lyrics genius this way

“Was fashion the reason why they were there?” also correlates with the notion that China has the largest labor force and sweatshop industry in the world. As globalization takes precedence and our glorification of materialistic things such as fashion is more and more popular, it means that the kids stood up against violence instead of conforming to being a worker their whole lives, never to help humans change the way they dictate and maliciously destroy each other.

So yes, sixguns is the title, and yes, that Smith is better built than that Colt (IMO), this site ain’t worth squat if it’s just here for fashion and not to help

@Robert Huh would not have guessed you as a listener to System of a Down. You learn something new every day.

And I hate to prove a point, but it was true during the Iraq/Afghan war when this came out even if it was a cover for the Genesis song of the 80s about the State of the World during the Cold War. But unfortunately the state of affairs still ring true.

Seen SOAD live, loved them, seen Disturbed live to and came away disturbed myself, lead singer was wheeled out like Hannibal lecture, then terrified me by screaming OBAMA!

Which became all the more horrifying as before I could boo the crowd cheered along with him, it was a damn freak show, these concerts aren’t supposed to be scary supporting leftists.

So you don’t need to wonder I’ve seen Slipknot a couple times too

Yeah, i kinda felt the same way about Korn when I saw them in concert, was not expecting the lead singer to come out wearing a kilt and playing the bagpipes, that was wild.

I do love their heavy grunge sound :love_you_gesture:

Did you see them at a lollapalooza?

They’ve done some great cover tunes :+1:

Nah I saw them in concert in Ohio in 03 they were awesome, that was around the time Puddle of Mudd started getting popular too and they were there as well, I think it was one of the music festivals that the local Rock station was doing, there were several bands there.

Sounds like you may have went to a lollapalooza and are suffering from memory lapse of the events :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Are you familiar with how lollapalooza started Ozzfest?

It’s probably that mandela effect thing.

I shot some John Browning designed handguns and then went across the road to the neighbors and had ribs and watched them shoot off fire works . We also looked at some old guns . Then we drank beer .
