Is there something loose? Check the barrel nut. Check the scope mount. Is the scope a known good piece of glass?

scope and mount is good, havenât checked the barrel nut. i did grab the muzzle and tried to wiggle it and twist it. it didnât move.

took everything off i had on this Piece of junk. even put their old crappy trigger back in it. whatâs funny it feels better since i took it out and put it back. forgot to mention along with the safety detent spring being crushed and the rear lower pin spring being crushed, i had to make a turn on the mag release catch. it would stick open every time it was pushed. the springs that were crushed were put in wrong. the rear pin came out when i opened it up to oil it. the safety needed two hands to operate it cause they crushed the spring and then stuck it back instead of replacing it. i replaced all the springs. Their QC sucks, too bad cause itâs a nice lookin rifle.

Donât see anything that really jumps out at me. I put that style of handguard on a lot of builds because they are cheap and I like the cut top rail. Guessing low budget millspec UPK and LPKs from your description of the trigger. Basic flash hider. Cheap or bad (or both) barrel. Idiots assembling it. Probably the guys Anderson fired when they decided to up their game.
Be a good candidate to practice on with laser and Cerakote.

Grinding and/or gritty is very unacceptable I agree. Now I have had some that seemed to travel a long way but grinding .. hmm
