Took the ruger this time, didn’t shoot it but 35 to 40 times. that muzzle brake was hurting my head even with muffs on. but not real bad. it also was hurting wearing the muffs. i may have to let this shingles crap go completely away for i go back. again set up at 50 yards to get on paper.. had to re zero at 130 safter i hit the black i went down and patched the holes and shot a few more and quit.
it was really hot too. i did get sunburned a little. i can feel it.
Then i moved the target up to 50 yards and sighted in the sig mr400. after i hit black i shot two mags and quit. kinda fast fired a little on these too. i could barely see the black in the orange circle

What caliber is that one ? Bigger than .22

The ruger is 308 and the sig is 5.56

I’m a glutton for punishment.
It was hot and another big muzzle brake to contend with. I took my shirt off and mighta shot naked if’n i wasn’t afraid of gettin a splinter in my butt. This gun definitely needed to break the barrel in. it shot all over the place for a bit. Now compared to the ruger it’ has more recoil and the bolt is ten times harder to work. cheek piece is not as comfortable either. First pic is at 50 yards to get it on paper then i moved it back to 130 yards. it was holding them pretty tight til i decided to start jacking the bolt and firing in a hurry.
By the time i broke this thing out i was soaked. put the target at 100 yards and when it started hitting black i dumped two mags. pretty fast too. i was out of water and ready to go home. lol
