I was very careful to research the rules. There is a provisional permit for 18 to 21 year olds that Washington does not honor, only the standard permit. Oregon and Washington are about the same when it comes to gun rules.

The second amendment gaurantees the right to keep and bear, the states can and will define the barriers to make that a reality; the socialist, communist governments setting up up a state where only the few have access to the means to control the masses.

Went to the range today, shoulda stayed home. very few pics taken so i got there and started with the Jakl. i put a 4x prism sight on it instead of the 1x that broke and they replaced. after i got it centered it did good, my usual 5 feet up against tree. about 50 to 60 rounds there.

Then everything came apart, i put the replacement 1x dot on the anderson pistol i just got. it was almost dead on, after a couple moves it was punchin black with the last two. i thought ok itâs in. took another shot and this flippin sight died. messed with it a few and it would come on and go off while holding the gun, well i knew i was takin it back so i wasnât going to waste anymore ammo. so i was done with it.
Now for the fun part, i pulled out this marlin 45/70 and was going to sight it in, i knew i had the scope back too far but it was not in focus good unless i did. anyway this thing has a violent recoil and it popped me in the nose. i saw stars for a bit. bled like a stuck hog. got a nice gash on the bridge of my nose. i did take a pic to send to the kids and no i ainât postin it here. 
and to top it off the Marlin wonât feed worth a crap. every round will jam up.

He just found out and I just learned . All I know is organs are free of it . But He was told was in lots of lymph nodes. I dont think He has even talked about treatment or anything yet . He is a stubborn sort . He has a 19 yr old boy and a 16 yr old daughter and a wife .
