Alright, trip to the range today with the new Kimber ultra carry II, the 10mm Lightning, and the 300.
Kimber functions perfectly and was accurate at 25 yards. Needed a slight drift to the left on the rear sight.
Had a ladder loaded up for the 10, new Starline brass. 15 rounds ea with 0.2 gr rungs from minimum to max. Shot flawlessly and fun until hit top rung on the ladder and ripped one in half. Just too much blowback with the 16" barrel I guess. Dial it back a bit and all will be good.
The 300 BO worked perfectly as well, shot 3 rounds, cleaned, shot 3 and cleaned, then a full mag. Good group at 100 yards.
Settled on the Gear Head Tailhook Mod 2 for a brace as I had one laying about.
220 subsonics.
Now to find a deal on a can.
