That’s contrary to the intent of a fraternity, but, the good news is you already have it

The BS thread was created by our biggest BS’r ![]()
As your intent is not public think up and create a private space thread.
And, IMO, while you can’t ever know who will do what I know of a guy who had a collection of class III and he was broken into during the day while at work, I believe a coordinated event by those who had all his registration info and likely all his awesome hardware ended up in Mexico for fast & furious.
My point, we have larger problems that are not getting attention, your point is we’re narking out ourselves, same concern when items such as class III require a special personal security question, height, weight, finger prints etc, but, is class III even the limit of where we’re divulging to much personal info or are we conditioned to not even see it actually exists in many other dangerous area’s too?
You have a call sign tied to your home address… that sounds like a long existent threat, online anonymity is itself less and less possible as tech has evolved, it’s not been my focus but privacy has, that’s why we had encrypted PM’s for awhile, however TPTB removed that as an official plug-in and while I could likely retain it there was more hassle than concern when we did have it.
TBTB that create this softwore are not freedom loving patriots, the forums being bought up
are not freedom loving patriots, the investors in
not freedom loving patriots, SpaceX’s government/national-security satellite program, built for military and intelligence customers is called Starshield, this is the face of the Empire and the empire we face.
I digress…
One real advantage of Nostr is identity. On ordinary username-based systems, somebody can register “shooterrex” somewhere else, copy the avatar, and start talking as though he is the same guy.
On Nostr, anyone can copy the display name, but they cannot copy the identity: Shooterrex’s posts are signed by his unique private key, and the public key proves whether a post actually came from that established account.
That makes impersonation much harder, and if Xchange grows, Nostr already has standardized support for encrypted direct messages, so I can add private member-to-member messaging later without inventing some separate private-message system from scratch.
So, IMO you’re doing well to think of things as you are, now you just need to look for solutions, then we’ll be working towards the same goal, a safer place for patriots.
This is what’s been missing, coordinated efforts, it’s frustrated me for a long time, I don’t actually expect it to change, so, in part when you say
it’s closer to what drives me but to serve others, not to be robert.com, the whole failure of firearms video/social media is something I’m still working to tackle, but so far
