Seasoning Secrets

Churchill warned the allies about russia and Stalin, no one acted or cared at that time.

Because they need someone to war with, it’s a business model, without an enemy how will war money be made?

War is how evil prospers, peace puts the opportunity for wealth in everyone’s hands, but not the type of wealth greed demands, that type needs control as well, that is had by fear, old seasoning recipe spoon fed over and over.

Russia would make an excellent ally for us, remove the accent and a few cultural differences and you can’t tell a Russian from an American, however Stalin, like Biden, aren’t the right leaders for the job, problem is bigger though, and peace is only the carrot used to get the ass to move the wagon to market.

Don’t place that bet

We are almost through it and things are escalating, terminal velocity

They definitely think they are wolves in sheeps clothing at certian times throughout history. IMHO the only reason the entered WWII is because Hitler was dumb enough to invade them…the climate alone kicked their butts hard and then they literally had forces spread to far and wide to ever conquer the Soviet Union ā€œRussiaā€. Staling killed …
According to historians who studied Soviet archives before and after the fall of the Soviet Union, Joseph Stalin likely killed between six million and 20 million people. However, given the widespread and often unrecorded deaths of the Stalin years, it’s certainly possible that that number is even higher.

Now these were hos own countrymen & women and children. That is how despot dictatorships hold on to power they kill anyone that opposes them even their own people.
Churchill was ABSOLUTELY :100: % Correct. @kwyatt64
Now whats cooking in the food pot today and when are you opening that restaurant franchise.

Lol, I personally dont like pot pie, maybe I have this weird thing about all the ā€œgravy sauceā€ but, I dont like chicken pot pie at all. Now I am not aware of other meats used in pot pies but I onkyblike chocken one way. Skinless voneless grilled breast only with BBQ sauce on them . Sonething about the slimy narure of a potpie that turns my stomach like eating some kind of snot …lol
Now frozen Pizza :pizza: I can go for that although I have ate a literal boat load of pizza in my life. I think I ate pizza on Saturday . Dijorno frozen supreme pizza wasnt too shabby.

Well, if you like your chicken breast, cook it in the oven second slot from the top, in a hot cast iron, under the broiler on high. Heat that cast iron under the broiler for 15 minutes till it’s screaming hot; slap those pre-seasoned CB’s in the pan; proceed to cook 13 minutes on each side under broiler on high. Put on a cutting board, cover and let em cool for five. I have a vacuum sealer so I pre- season most of the meats I buy and then freeze or use. BAM :rooster It’s on.
You can smoke them as well, my kingsford bullet smoker is perfect, but the broiler is year round perfection. :crossed_swords: :cook:

You have some thorough advice, I’m doing some chicken tonight with soup and rice, much more bachelor style than you do and likely not to Stans standards

Robert, it’s just done and easy. Add cubed chicken to soup, slice on a salad or rice, use for taco’s, a protein snack. Lasts 4 or 5 day’s in the fridge. But I am being precise, 13 minutes a side in a hot cast iron for a medium to large breast ( usually 2 or more at a time ), small ones you can get away with 12 minutes.

We have some of those but they’ve not been seasoned, not wanting to mess them up cleaning wrong I usually use stainless, mine turned out good tonight,Lawrys is a big help

Robert, and with respect to WV460HUNTER, seasoning beforehand is nice, but sometimes you can’t. Just cooking stuff in it like bacon and onion and peppers, and searing chicken breasts will season it sooner or later, and when your done don’t wash it. Wipe it out with a paper towel if you want. Most times I don’t wash my regular pans until I use them next, usually in a couple days. A little hot water, a little soak, dry and oil on the stove. They’ll season. Your filling in the pores of the iron just by using it. :sunglasses:

Why didn’t you say bacon before bacon makes everything better. I even find after eating bacon I tolerate my wife better. Its my ā€œguilty pleasureā€ food. Bacon bacon :bacon:

Funny you should ask @WV460HUNTER
emphasized texttomorrow is frozen pizza, because friday will be Chicken Shawarma. The yardwalker is in the brine till tomorrow afternoon, when it’s coated with the Shawarma coating after spatchcocking and marinates another 24 hours.
Too soup ! I found smoked turkey drumsticks at Safeway tonight, it’s time for ā€œSmoked Turkey Leg Soupā€ this weekend. By themselves before further cooking smoked turkey legs are not edible ( rubbery, tough, etc. ). But…after simmering in a mirepoix, apple juice and stock, removing and cleaning meat off the legs and returning to the soup along with small diced potato (another 15 or 20 minutes ), yumm… You can thicken the soup a little, put dumplings on top, soooo good. It’s sweet and savory. This is "An Original of Mine ", I’ll cover this in detail when I make it. :cook: :crossed_swords:
