Yeah, it wasn’t a "lever action revolver; it was an SBR, or pistol in rifle caibre. I am not sure it wasn’t a Hollywood invention. There IS a revolver with a buntline-like long barrel that has an attachable stock - rather like some old Lugers or the C96 Pistol.
