That moratorium got stripped, but the intent was visible. Now the White House is building early federal access to frontier AI, (Israel will have “joint” control) while draft registration moves into automatic government data intake. That is the point: data, AI, and military capacity are being wired together before the public understands the wiring. But…they don’t need to understand the wiring for it to work and to be affective you can expect a false flag and for it most likely to be nuclear, why?
