I’ve never seen a wild bear, much less had to defend myself from one (or a mountain lion/cougar). But when I had a .45 acp while trout fishing in Colorado’s Grand Mesa, I saw both bear and cougar tracks, and I immediately felt I didn’t have enough gun!
