Update, finished up the trigger on the 51, came out nice. Think we are having a BP shoot on the 4th.

Compared to what it started out as, yes! I have some stones up to 10,000 or so, started with the 1000 to get the relief cut square and down to the point I wanted, then squared the primary and smoothed with the finer stones. hammer shelf took very little work. Like my 1911’s but kinda opposite, 1911s I use a a True Radius jig first and then cut the relief angle, with the C&B I relief cut first (This time). Hammer cut was pretty square/ almost neutral angle already, just a little Flitz polish there. Left all the springs full power.

Well, l understand most of what you said. Relief angles, stone grades…some went over my head but when I got here,

I think I know how " nice " it really is. Also reliable?

Haven’t shot it yet, but full power springs, Slixshot nipples, dry powder and caps, should be.
